Linecheck Milano

Three days of Italy's music-industry meeting, captured live across multiple stages and streamed to a worldwide professional audience.

Multicamera live streaming of the Linecheck music festival at BASE Milano
/ Overview

The project

Linecheck is the meeting point of the Italian and international music industry — three days of panels, showcases and live performances hosted across the spaces of BASE Milano during Milan Music Week.

Artide was brought in as the audiovisual production partner for the festival's live and streamed output. Our role spanned the full pipeline: from the creative treatment of how each stage would be told on screen, to the multicamera capture, live direction and the cloud streaming that carried the program to a remote professional audience.

The brief was to make a dense, multi-room conference feel like a single coherent broadcast — one visual language across keynote panels, intimate showcases and full live sets, delivered in real time and archived as on-demand content for the festival's channels.

The challenge

Multiple stages running in parallel, tight changeovers between talks and live music, and a mixed audience split between the venue and a streaming feed — all inside a heritage industrial building with its own acoustic and lighting constraints.

Everything had to be reliable enough to go live with no second take, while still looking and sounding like a premium music production rather than a static webinar. Redundancy, signal management and a clear live direction plan were non-negotiable.

Frequently asked questions

What kind of events does Artide produce live?
We produce festivals, concerts, conferences, corporate events, shows and sport — anywhere a live audience and a remote audience need to share the same moment. Linecheck Milano is a music-industry festival combining panels, showcases and full live sets.
Can you stream an event to a remote audience?
Yes. We run cloud-native, multi-platform streaming with redundant encoding, and we can produce remotely (REMI) across multiple sites without moving the whole crew — exactly the setup used to carry Linecheck to its worldwide professional audience.
How many cameras do you use for a festival like this?
It depends on the format. For Linecheck we used a six-camera multicamera setup across the main stage and showcase rooms, with ISO recording on every source so each angle is available in post.
Do you handle both the live show and the edited content?
Yes — it's a single pipeline. The same production covers live direction and streaming during the event, then delivers edited highlights, full session recordings and social cut-downs afterwards.
In which cities and countries do you operate?
We are based in Italy, between Salerno and Milano, and we work worldwide. Productions like Linecheck in Milan are part of our regular live and broadcast work across Italy and Europe.
