This policy describes how the personal data of users visiting the artide.studio website is processed, pursuant to Art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the "GDPR").

2. Types of data processed
- Browsing data: IP addresses, browser/device type, pages visited and technical data collected automatically for the operation and security of the site.
- Contact form data: name, email address, project type and the message you enter in the form to request information or a quote.
- Cookies and identifiers: see the Cookie Policy.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to contact and quote requests — legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Ensuring the operation and security of the site — legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
- Usage statistics (Google Analytics 4) — user consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
- Marketing and conversion measurement (Google Ads, remarketing) — user consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
4. Recipients and data processors
Data may be processed by suppliers acting as data processors:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting, CDN, aggregate statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics, cookieless) and anti-spam protection of the form (Cloudflare Turnstile).
- Resend (Plusdocs, Inc.) — sending the emails generated by the contact form.
- Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC — Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads (statistics and marketing tags are activated only after consent).
5. Transfers outside the EU
Some suppliers (Google, Cloudflare) may process data in the United States. Transfers take place on the basis of adequate safeguards under Arts. 44 ff. GDPR — Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) and/or adherence to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
6. Retention period
- Emails and contact requests: for as long as necessary to handle the request and to meet legal obligations.
- Statistical data (Google Analytics 4): according to the retention periods set in GA4 (maximum 14 months).
- Cookies: according to the durations listed in the Cookie Policy.
7. Your rights
Within the limits of the law, you have the right to: access your data, request its rectification or erasure, restrict or object to processing, obtain portability, and withdraw consent at any time (including from the "Manage cookies" button at the bottom of the pages). You can exercise your rights by writing to hello@artide.studio.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).

The controller reserves the right to update this policy. Any changes will be published on this page with the relevant update date.
